AFFILIATED COMPANIES

While CORE specializes in the oil transshipment sector of the industry, its affiliates are involved in various shipping endeavors as follows:

1. Intermodal Shipping Incorporated

This company currently operates, by virtue of bareboat charters ten (10) international trading vessels in the dry cargo and reefer trades. It has strong ties with a number of Japanese and European principals in the field of manning and crewing. It also acts as ship agent for vessels calling in Northern Philippine ports.

2. Petro-Bulk Maritime Services, Inc.

This company is engaged in cargo brokering and ship agency. The bulk of their business is conducted in Bataan where they handle most foreign tankers husbanding/agency requirements.

3. Philman Shipping, Inc.

This company is engaged in chartering for both local and international operations in the dry cargo trade.

4. Core-Indo Maritime Corporation

This company is a joint venture with Indonesian interests and currently owns the Philippine flag petroleum tanker M/T Core Diamond, being managed by CORE.

5. Core Gas Carriers Incorporated

This company owns the Philippine flag LPG carrier M/T Core Jade being managed by CORE.

6. Intermodal Ventures, Inc.

This is a joint-venture real estate company which owns and manages the four-story office building along Gen. Luna Street, Intramuros, which houses CORE'S head office and the above affiliates' offices.
